Refund and Cancellation

1. Currently, only the subjects which are add have been charged.
2. A school or an educational institution / Teachers can only add questions in its own subjects and no new question type can be added.
3. If there are few questions then they will be added to you by 360Exams but if more questions are to be added then you have to pay the charge separately.
4. 100% payment advance has to be given before package activation.
5. Newly added subjects on 360 Exams will/will not be charged separately.(Only school)
6. You can call or E-mail us for any kind of opinion.
7. At present only main subjects are given in English medium and Gujarati Medium.
Ref/Cancellation
The Company does not support refunds in any form for the payment transactions being enabled on the Platform. If the User has entered the wrong number/VPA ID, then the Company is not a liable party in the transaction.
