By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

Schools and educational institutions
Authorized administrators, teachers, staff
Students and parents through school-authorized accounts

Use of the Services must comply with applicable laws.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Any activity performed through an account will be deemed authorized by the account holder.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, logos, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of 360 Exams Private Limited.
No rights are granted to users except limited access for intended use.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Subscription & Payments (If Applicable)

Some features may require paid subscriptions.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated separately.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for data loss caused by user error, internet failure, or third-party services

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms
Terminate Services upon contract expiry or non-payment

Upon termination, access to the Services may be restricted.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools (SMS, email, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot- Gujarat, India.
